Zusammenfassung

Ein führendes Unternehmen in der Metallindustrie in Hart bei Graz sucht einen engagierten Trainer zur Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterentwicklung. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Schulung neuer und erfahrener Mitarbeiter und die Erstellung neuer Schulungskonzepte. Sie bringen eine technische Ausbildung sowie Kenntnisse in TIA Portal und Programmiersprachen wie C++ oder Java mit. Eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch ist erforderlich. Qualifikationen

• Erfahrungen in der technischen Schulung.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen zu kommunizieren.
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen (max. 50% der Zeit).

Aufgaben

• Schulung neuer und erfahrener Mitarbeiter vor Ort.
• Kontaktperson für die Abteilung 'Inbetriebnahme'.
• Erkennen von Schulungsbedarfen und Erstellen von neuen Schulungskonzepten.

You train new and experienced employees on site ('Onsite') according to our training concepts.

• You are the contact person for the 'Commissioning/Commissioning' department for topics relevant to training and employee development.
• In this interface function, you recognize training needs and create new training concepts or proactively initiate improvement measures in coordination with the team leader.
• Together with the in-house trainer team, you create further training courses in your area of expertise.
• You have completed a technical apprenticeship.
• You have good knowledge of TIA Portal and good knowledge of C++, C# or Java.
• You already have several years of experience with KNAPP and our products.
• You have already dealt with the topic of 'technical training' and are familiar with new media such as e-learning, blended learning and webinars.
• You have the ability to record and, above all, communicate complex technical issues both orally and in writing.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
• You are willing to travel a maximum of 50% of the time.

This position is remunerated with at least € 3,416 gross (KV for employees in the metal industry, VWGr IV/i1u2J.). Our employees impress with their personality, talent and commitment. We therefore determine your gross salary individually with you. An overpayment of the above salary is possible depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
