ANEXIA Inc. seeks a Technical Advisor for Training & Quality (m/f/d) to develop training formats that strengthen quality standards and measurably motivate staff.

You will handle inquiries, document processes, and collaborate across interfaces to prepare technical information for distribution and support. Responsibilities include designing and delivering Moodle-based training, reviewing learning progress, and using practical examples to apply knowledge—supporting continuous improvement and staff

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in hosting, domains, and vServer.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training courses/workshops.
• Ability to convey technical content to a target audience in a practical manner.
• Experience with training or e-learning tools (Moodle).
• Patient, structured, quality-oriented with high personal responsibility.
• Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) are an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Your Tasks

Patient, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility

Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage

Creativity and adaptability in the design and implementation of training content
