Fabasoft is seeking a procurement leader in Linz, Austria, to drive our procurement team and advance our processes from supplier selection to invoicing and issue resolution.

You will negotiate with suppliers, develop relationships, and steer the SAP S/4HANA rollout while ensuring quality, transparency and continuous improvement across the department. A culture of ambition, responsibility and excellence is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Several years of professional experience in operational procurement.
• Experience in designing and optimizing procurement processes and SAP knowledge.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Very good German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional leadership to the procurement team and develop the department and processes.
• Oversee the operational procurement from quotations to invoicing and handling complaints.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships; conduct price and contract negotiations.
• Shape the digitalization of procurement processes; contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Participate in audits and ensure processes are transparent, traceable and compliant.
• Create and promote a culture of ambition, responsibility, innovation and excellence.
