Zusammenfassung

Fabasoft is looking for a Purchasing Assistant in Linz to support day-to-day procurement activities, manage orders, confirmations, and delivery dates, and ensure accurate master data.

You will work with ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and use MS Office daily, communicating with internal teams and external partners. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and room to grow your area of responsibility.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial apprenticeship completed with at least two years in procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Precise, solution-oriented and structured work approach.
• Strong commercial skills and fast grasp of new concepts.
• Excellent English and MS Office skills; independent and reliable.

Aufgaben

• Support the Purchasing team with day-to-day operations: processing orders, checking confirmations, tracking delivery dates and recording goods receipts.
• Handle invoices, follow up on supplier communications and manage complaints.
• Maintain master data and ensure orderly document filing.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
• Assist Head of Purchasing in preparing and analyzing reports and gradually expand responsibilities.
