Job summary

isolutions AG in Switzerland and Barcelona seeks an experienced leader to head the Managed Workplace team, guiding dedicated customer teams and developing team members through goal setting, coaching, and maintaining a skills matrix.

You will own service quality and SLA compliance across the workplace portfolio, act as escalation point for complex incidents, and drive automation and standardization with PowerShell and ITIL practices, while cost control and collaboration with Product Owner remain

Qualifications

• Vocational training as IT specialist EFZ or equivalent.

• 3+ years in Microsoft 365 at engineer level with 1–2 years leadership.
• 4
• Solid expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, CA and Exchange Online.
• 4
• Engineer mindset focused on automation and standardization (PowerShell).
• 4
• Familiar with ITIL Incident/Request/Change/Problem and ServiceNow.

• Certifications MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, ITIL 4 Foundation or willingness to obtain.

• Leadership with clarity, empathy, and prioritization under pressure.

• Fluent German and good English; French beneficial.

Responsibilities

• You lead the Managed Workplace team professionally and disciplinarily, guiding customer teams and developing employees through goal setting and skills matrix maintenance.
• You are responsible for service quality and SLA compliance across the workplace portfolio and act as escalation point for complex cases and major incidents.
• You plan capacity, shifts, and vacation coverage across Switzerland and Barcelona locations and lead a distributed team with cultural sensitivity.
• You drive recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning and strategically expand the team.
• You establish an engineering culture with a portion of capacity dedicated to engineering, and drive automation and standardization.
• You develop your team from support-oriented to engineering profiles and measure improvements like automation share and ticket volume reductions.
• You ensure standardization tools are used efficiently and maintain high-quality documentation and a living knowledge base with vTeam Operations & Architecture & Automation.
• You act as Process Owner for onboarding, service expansion, and transition; delegate implementation to technical leads and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• You work closely with Product Owner, Customer Success Management, and Service Desk to align needs, roadmap, and operations.
• You manage cost center and budget, monitor utilization and billability, and assist Presales with effort estimates and technical expertise.
