Boost inc is seeking an IT Operations Specialist (100%) to be the central point of contact for our Digital Workplace Ecosystem across multiple locations. You will resolve day-to-day software and hardware issues, onboard users, and ensure smooth deployment of new tools.

You will coach teams, manage inventory and licenses, and drive standardization as our international team expands. Based near Ticino with travel to Zurich, this role blends hands-on support with educational leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Ability to onboard users and educate teams on software tools.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary contact for day-to-day software and hardware issues.
• Guide new hires through IT setup and enable internal tools.
• Lead day-to-day deployments for initiatives like VMS integrations, MDM setups, and new tools.
• Manage hardware inventory, laptop provisioning and device configurations.
• Keep tools organized, manage software licenses, and liaise with IT suppliers.
