Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, digital workplace, or related field.
• Experience in IT support, Site IT, or with external service providers; ServiceNow and ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Good English and local language knowledge is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage local IT and workplace needs across sites, coordinating service requests and escalations.
• Translate local requirements into actionable specs for global IT teams and providers.
• Support global workplace, collaboration, AI, and user adoption initiatives.
• Bridge business needs with M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Viva, Forms, Places, Power Platform).
• Identify and implement automation, AI-powered productivity, and low-code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate); advise governance of citizen development.
• Promote responsible Copilot and AI use by defining adoption guidelines and governance.
• Collect user feedback and service data, translating insights into improvements.
