• Support end-to-end Hiring Process for the Graduate Program, including pre-screening, candidate communications and interview scheduling.
• Assist internship recruiting, collaborate with hiring managers to deliver a great candidate experience.
• Conduct internal headhunting via LinkedIn to build candidate pipelines.
• Provide project support on Talent Acquisition initiatives such as Talent Communities and AI-related projects.
