Red Bull is looking for motivated support for a 6-month period starting January 2027 in its Talent Acquisition team. You will help with end-to-end graduate program hiring, pre-screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

You will also conduct internal headhunting on LinkedIn to build pipelines, support internship recruitment, and contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects such as Talent Communities and AI initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced studies in HR, Law, Psychology, or related field.

Starting in January 2027, we are seeking motivated support for a period of 6 months.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

GRADUATE PROGRAM HIRING PROCESS

In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end hiring process for our Graduate Program, including pre-screening of candidates, candidate communication, and support on interview scheduling and Selection Days.

ACTIVE SOURCING

Another big part of your role will be to conduct internal headhunting, primarily through LinkedIn, to identify and engage with top talent. You’ll play a key role in building candidate pipelines and connecting with potential hires.

RECRUITING SUPPORT

You’ll provide support in interview scheduling, pre-screening candidates, and assisting with internship recruitment efforts. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

PROJECT SUPPORT

Finally, you’ll be providing support on various Talent Acquisition projects such as handling our Talent Communities & Unsolicited applications, AI agentic projects and other projects that will come along.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Advanced studies in the fields of HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or similar
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and stand out with an efficient and results-driven work style
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• In addition to your professional expertise, you bring a high level of team spirit
• Curious and eager to learn
