Lam Research Corporation in Austria is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team, coordinating candidate visits, interviews, and administrative tasks across recruiting activities. Based in Villach, you will help create a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience and contribute to efficient hiring processes.

You will manage scheduling for onsite interviews, travel arrangements, HR system administration, and coordination of events and campus visits.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education (Bachelor or HAK, or equivalent).
• Experience in administration, recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid work permit for Austria is required for this position.
• Experience supporting recruiting or HR processes.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Employee Connect, Magnit, SAP, or similar.
• Experience coordinating events, candidate visits, or travel logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Aufgaben

• Support high-volume scheduling and fluctuating agendas for onsite interviews with complex and dynamic schedules, providing candidates or interviewers with supporting information.
• Coordinate candidate onsite interviews and site visits, including travel arrangements, agendas, meeting room bookings, visitor registration, and related logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding travel arrangements and reimbursements and support candidate throughout the whole process ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Provide administrative support to Hiring Managers during requisition creation and workforce planning activities in HR-systems.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure recruiting activities are executed accurately and on time.
• Administrative tasks related to career fairs as well as onsite visits for external groups (schools, universities, industry partners, and other visitors).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of recruiting and event-related materials and also manage its procurement and distribution.
• Support cross-functional projects and operational activities within HR and Talent Acquisition.
