Zusammenfassung

Lam Research is seeking a Talent Acquisition Screening Specialist to support Austrian sites in Villach and Salzburg. You will review applications, create shortlists and engage candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities; build pipelines for recurring roles; manage records in SAP; monitor KPIs; and contribute to employer branding through events and outreach.

Qualifikationen

• HAK diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years recruiting support experience.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS (SuccessFactors) and SAP.
• Proficiency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end recruiting activities for Austrian sites Villach and Salzburg.
• Review applications, create shortlists, and identify top talent.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Build talent pipelines and engage candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting data in SAP.
• Monitor KPIs and candidate communications.
• Support employer branding, career fairs, and university relations.
• Track sourcing effectiveness and provide insights.
