Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities.
• Experience sourcing candidates and screening talent for various roles.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English and German communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end recruiting activities for corporate hiring teams across Austrian sites, Villach and Salzburg.
• Review applications, create shortlists and identify top talent; partner with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs.
• Engage candidates through outreach campaigns and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data; handle administrative processes in SAP.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely candidate communication and follow-up.
• Support employer branding, job ads, university relations, career fairs, and recruitment projects.
• Track sourcing effectiveness and provide insights to improve recruiting outcomes.
