Qualifikationen

• University degree in civil engineering, architecture with technology focus, or equivalent.
• Strong preference for leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Experience in planning and implementing industrial, infrastructure or site development projects.
• Systems thinking with good understanding of interfaces across disciplines.
• Knowledge of modern integral planning methods (e.g. BIM) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to manage quality, costs and schedule.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Surface Facility Team within the Planning & Realisation Department.
• Coordinate team contributions for the Terradura project to ensure well‑coordinated interfaces and efficient collaboration.
• Be responsible for technical quality assurance and contribute to project management and technical issues.
• Plan surface facilities focusing on structures, site development and foundation.
• Coordinate external partners and develop planning outputs meeting project phase requirements.
• Ensure results are documented transparently to support internal decisions.
• Present technical expertise to authorities, national and international experts, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong network of national and international experts in the technical community.
