Mercury Engineering is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations for complex engineering and construction projects across sectors including Enterprise Data Centres and Life Sciences. You will coordinate safety, QA, schedule, cost management, and subcontractor activities, ensuring weekly progress and timely handovers with the Mechanical package manager.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in supervision, travel willingness, and a track record of delivering large projects.

Aufgaben

• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Mercury Safety Advisor and close out of safety files.
• Management of Site QA with the Mechanical Package Manager, including set up and close out of files.
• Familiarity with Project Schedule and coordination with other trades and client requirements.
• Assist with cost management for your package including team, sub-contractors, materials, and variations.
• Management of day-to-day on-site operations and subcontractor activities.
• Attend site meetings, reviews, planning, coordination, and handover meetings.
• Close out O&M manuals, punch lists, safety, and QA files with the Mechanical package manager.
