Job summary

Raiffeisen Bank International in Austria seeks a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design, development and delivery across multiple products and teams. You will bridge technology and business, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure solutions and drive tech renewal.

You will transform infrastructure, create concepts for E2E solutions, and champion collaboration with stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus, and banking domain experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role in an enterprise environment.
• Solid foundation in information technology, software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with various AI tools or LLMs in a work context.
• Motivation to continuously learn and work at a strategic level.
• Highly customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and ability to drive change and innovation.
• Experience in a financial institution is an advantage.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus.

The Solution Architect drives and leads the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple products and teams.

In the Agile Delivery Client Coverage, we are responsible for a range of customer masterdata solutions for clients. You act as a crucial bridge between different technologies as well as between technology and business by transforming complex requirements into efficient, scalable, and modern solutions.

This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands‑on implementation to transform and future‑proof the technical environment and landscape.

• Competitive salary:In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3725,93 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement.
