Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Sales Manager to expand our Austrian and German customer base and shape value‑driven SAP solutions. You will work with account managers, SAP consultants, delivery teams and partners to drive growth and trusted relationships.

In this role you will identify opportunities, lead complex B2B deals, translate business priorities into compelling propositions, and coordinate bids and negotiations with senior decision-makers across borders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT services sales or similar customer-facing roles with SAP focus.
• Ability to lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles and build value-driven solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing SAP customers.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification to closing.
• Translate customer needs into clear value propositions and business cases.
• Collaborate with SAP experts, delivery teams and partners to shape solutions.
• Coordinate bids, forecasts and contract negotiations with senior stakeholders.
