Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Sales Manager to drive growth in Austria and Germany. You will identify new SAP opportunities, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and translate business priorities into compelling SAP solutions.

Collaborate with SAP experts and delivery teams to craft value-based proposals. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinate bids, and contribute insights to go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT services sales or account management with SAP focus.
• Solid understanding of SAP solutions and transformation topics (Cloud ERP, SAP BTP/BAIP, SAP Activate).
• Ability to translate customer needs into commercial SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Very good German and good English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the SAP environment.
• Lead consultative sales cycles end to end from qualification to closing.
• Translate customers’ business priorities into clear value propositions and business cases.
• Collaborate with SAP experts, architects, delivery teams, account managers and partners.
• Coordinate bids, proposals and contract negotiations with transparency across pipeline and forecasts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute market and customer insights to SAP go-to-market strategy and represent Tieto Tech Consulting at events.
