The candidate will manage payroll and onboarding, coordinate performance processes, support budgets with external accountants, and ensure compliance with Swiss requirements across all IRF offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, HR, or office management.

• Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment support, onboarding, payroll and records.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews, staff development and travel support for staff and consultants.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations: invoices, payments, and billing; support budget cycles with external accounting firm.
• Ensure smooth daily operations at IRF Headquarters in Geneva and coordinate with regional offices.
• Maintain governance records and coordinate statutory meetings; support legal and compliance matters.
