Zusammenfassung

IAR Group seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to strengthen financial management and guide its next growth phase in Switzerland. You will join the Executive Management Team, report to the CEO, and work closely with the Board to drive transparency, cash flow and performance across international operations.

You will lead planning, budgeting, consolidation, governance, and reporting under Swiss GAAP FER, build dashboards, and partner with operations to improve profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally as CFO, Finance Director or equivalent.
• Strong experience across accounting, controlling, FP&A, treasury and corporate finance.
• Experience in international, multi-entity group structures.

Aufgaben

• Lead Group financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Establish cash, liquidity and working capital management with cash flow forecasting and treasury functions.
• Build robust management reporting including dashboards and Board reporting.
• Oversee Group accounting, consolidation, financial statements, internal controls and taxation.
• Strengthen project controlling and PoC revenue recognition.
• Improve financial processes, governance and reporting across countries and units.
• Develop international finance organization and partner with operations.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors and financing partners.
