Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Labour and Employee Relations Specialist to manage complex employee and labour relations matters across Austria, Switzerland, and Poland. This role partners with People Partners, HR Business Partners and Legal to ensure compliant and business-friendly outcomes in a multinational matrix structure.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law and procedures relating to works councils and unions.
• Experience supporting reorganisations, restructurings or transformations across multiple European countries.
• Able to travel to sites and provide in-person support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support on complex employee and labour relations matters with HR teams and employee representative bodies.
• Structure and advise Peoples Partners in consultation and negotiation with works councils and unions across the region.
• Lead LER partnerships for reorganisations, restructurings and transformation initiatives across countries.
• Lead and support workplace investigations and performance management processes with stakeholders.
• Escalate and drive improvements in policies, templates, and case handling within the HR operating model.
