Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an experienced Labour and Employee Relations Specialist to manage complex ER matters across Austria, Switzerland and Poland. You will coordinate with HR and legal partners to ensure compliant, business-aligned outcomes in multisite environments.

Ideal candidates have multi-country ER experience, strong labour-law knowledge, and English fluency. The role requires travel and supports the People Partner team in EMEA.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR or law.
• Extensive experience in Labor & Employee Relations across international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and works councils.
• Experience reorganisations and multi-country change programmes.
• Ability to travel to sites for in-person support.
• Fluency in English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER support coordinating consultation with employee bodies.
• Lead negotiations with works councils and unions.
• Act as lead ER partner for reorganisations and transformation.
• Lead complex workplace investigations and performance processes.
• Escalate and drive policy improvements with HR and Legal.
