Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Semiconductor Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech production environments.
• Strong background in capacity planning, modelling, data analysis and simulation; CapEx / business case development.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop Industrial Engineering as a key driver of efficiency, productivity and operational predictability.
• Translate strategic targets into actionable capacity, cost and investment frameworks.
• Develop and enhance capacity models and simulation tools for mid- and long-term planning.
• Lead CapEx planning and evaluation, including structured business case development and equipment strategy.
• Enable stakeholders with fact-based input for investment decision processes.
• Define and implement optimized production layouts aligned with technology roadmap and growth.
• Lead cross-functional projects across operations, engineering, supply chain and finance.
• Establish and maintain robust data foundations and KPIs for capacity, capex and performance.
