You will translate forecasts into concrete capacity requirements, run scenario analyses, and contribute to CAPEX business cases. English fluency and strong analytics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, capacity planning, factory planning, semiconductor manufacturing, or related field.
• Proficiency in production data analysis, KPI development, and data visualization tools (Spotfire, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar).
• Experience developing business cases and conducting CAPEX evaluations (ROI and Cost of Ownership).
• AI/Data Science/Digital Manufacturing credentials are a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity models to support manufacturing planning at all levels.
• Perform bottleneck analyses, scenario simulations, and capacity assessments.
• Translate demand forecasts into equipment, facility, and infrastructure requirements.
• Drive CAPEX planning with business cases and ROI/TCO evaluations.
• Support layout optimization to improve space utilization and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and decision-support models for data-driven investment decisions.
