Just Eat Takeaway.com is expanding its grocery and retail delivery network and seeking a proactive Key Account Manager. You will manage a portfolio of strategic grocery and retail partners, onboard new stores, and develop account plans to grow sales and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing strategic/enterprise accounts in retail or gastronomy or service industries.
• Native German speaker with professional English fluency; Italian/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and building relationships with a portfolio of key grocery & retail accounts.
• Onboarding and training of new/existing stores including troubleshooting.
• Developing and implementing account plans and expansion potential; marketing activities; improving customer experience.
• Leading or participating in negotiations with key accounts and preparing proposals for contracts.
• Preparing and following up on sales reports and performance metrics.
• Advising key accounts on how to optimally use Just Eat Takeaway.com solutions including discounts and deals.
• Transferring best practices across Grocery & Retail teams to maximise performance.
