Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in Strategy, Operations, Performance Management, PMO, Consulting or Operations Excellence.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent project/program management with cross-functional initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling for executive presentations.
• Experience in regional/global organisations preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary planning and hands-on support to local markets facing challenges or opportunities.
• Drive logistics performance improvements to increase reliability, speed and customer satisfaction.
• Lead execution in priority markets by deep-diving into operations and driving solutions from analysis to implementation.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to develop and implement effective local-market solutions.
• Travel extensively across the region to work directly with local teams and ensure effective implementation.
