You will support budgeting, forecasting and month-end close, analyze P&L movements and provide insights on working capital, margins and operational performance, helping to enhance finance processes across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong foundation in controlling, FP&A and financial reporting.
• Experience with manufacturing and international finance environments.
• Fluent English and German due to international scope.

• Manage regional controlling and reporting processes for timely, accurate information.
• Support group statutory reporting and interaction with external auditors.
• Collaborate on tax, treasury and wider finance matters.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities linking operations to financial impact.
• Analyze movements in P&L, balance sheet and cash flow with explanations.
• Provide management with insights into working capital, margins and performance.
• Support month-end and year-end close and group reporting.
• Serve as a link between regional finance and operating entities.
• Contribute to finance process improvements and organizational change.
