Job summary

AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and PCBs, is seeking Head of Controlling - Electronic Solutions in Leoben, Austria. You will lead the Controlling Team, drive budgeting, forecasting and provide financial leadership across the business unit.

The role requires a degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration, strong SAP FI/CO/BW/BPC skills, manufacturing Controlling experience, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Experience in Operations Controlling within manufacturing.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance management skills.
• Advanced SAP knowledge (FI/CO, BW, BPC).
• Analytical mindset translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Business-oriented with understanding of operational processes.
• Ownership mentality with proactive, results-driven approach.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Controlling Team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes to enable informed decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Sales and Purchasing to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs and enhance performance.
• Provide meaningful financial insights to support management decisions.
• Support strategic projects with ROI analysis and business cases.
• Oversee OPEX and CAPEX performance and drive continuous improvement.
