Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Operations Controlling, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and inspire teams.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• AdvancedSAP FI/CO, BW and BPC knowledge.
• Analytical mindset translating data into insights for decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Controlling Team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Purchasing and other functions to support objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs and performance.
• Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Support strategic projects with ROI analyses and business-case evaluations.
• Oversee OPEX and CAPEX performance with continuous improvement.
