AT&S, based in Leoben, Austria, seeks a Senior Specialist Controlling (Focus Integrated Planning) to drive high-quality financial planning, governance, and strategic decision support. The role centers on advancing planning tools, ensuring transparent reporting, and enabling sustainable growth within a global manufacturing environment.

You will develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and 18-month plans, coordinating across functions and leading TM1 initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Controlling.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP (FICO, BW, BPC); experience with TM1.
• Strong understanding of business processes and financial planning methodologies.
• Proactive, independent, solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Open mindset with interest in AI for financial planning and analysis.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver accurate, timely business plans (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, 18-month rolling forecast).
• Coordinate and align Sales Planning across functions for reliable outlooks.
• Design, implement, maintain financial policies, procedures and controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports per standards.
• Lead TM1 implementation and budgeting processes (MTP).
• Improve controlling tools and processes to reduce manual work.
• Support strategic planning and financial transformation projects.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
