You will lead TM1 initiatives, advance planning tools, and ensure transparent reporting to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with proven Controlling experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to interpret complex data.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel; SAP FICO/BW/BPC; TM1 experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver accurate business plans (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, 18-month Rolling Forecast).
• Coordinate Sales Planning across functions for consistent outlooks.
• Design, implement, and maintain financial policies and internal controls to improve governance and reduce risk.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with standards.
• Lead modules in the TM1 implementation, including MTP and budgeting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes to reduce manual work.
• Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to financial transformation projects.
