Zusammenfassung

Cloudflight is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists. You will shape the technical roadmap, align with business goals, and ensure scalable, secure cloud solutions while managing staffing, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.

Fluency in German and English is required. The role offers home-office and onsite work with a focus on building high-performing organizations in Austria and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering/consulting with at least 5 years in people leadership.
• Deep technical cloud and infrastructure expertise across major platforms and open source technologies.
• Proven ability in workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing across multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists; role-model leadership behavior.
• Define and drive cloud/infrastructure strategy and technical roadmap with CTO alignment.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure; ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
• Manage staffing, capacity, and utilization with Talent Acquisition; align with project demands.
