Cloudflight is seeking an experienced Cloud/Infrastructure leader in Austria to drive technical strategy and build a scalable team. You will guide a group of cloud specialists, align roadmaps with business goals, and partner with CTO to deliver value-driven solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in software/consulting, 5+ years leading managers, and strong Azure/AWS/GCP plus Kubernetes and OpenShift expertise. German and English fluency required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in software engineering or consulting fields.
• 5+ years in people leadership, with managers reporting to you.
• Deep cloud/infra expertise across Azure, AWS or GCP and cloud-native tech.

Aufgaben

• Lead and inspire a team of cloud and infra specialists, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Define cloud strategy and technical roadmap aligned with business goals with CTO input.
• Oversee design, build, and operation of scalable, secure cloud infra with cost control.
• Plan staffing with Talent Acquisition to meet project demands and skills gaps.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor delivery KPIs with the VP Group Delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and People & Culture for planning and communication.
