Cloudflight is seeking a senior leader to head Cloud & Infrastructure in Austria. You will guide a team of cloud specialists, shape the technical strategy, and align with the CTO to deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions for global clients.

The role requires deep cloud expertise, strong leadership, and fluency in German and English. Flexible hybrid work options, development budgets, and social events are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in software engineering, consulting, or related field.
• 5+ years in a people leadership role with managers
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists and grow talent.
• Define and drive cloud strategy and technical roadmaps with CTO alignment.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure cloud infra.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to plan resources and budgets
