Cloudflight is seeking a seasoned cloud and infrastructure leader in Austria to steer a high-performing team and shape the company’s technical roadmap. You will drive architecture, security, and cost efficiency across multi-cloud environments while partnering with executive leadership to align with business goals.

You will also influence budget planning, workforce planning, and talent development, ensuring capacity and performance across projects and client engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, consulting, or related field, including at least 5 years in people leadership with experience leading managers.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure with hands-on experience on Azure, AWS or GCP and cloud native tech like Kubernetes, Linux, containers.
• Proven track record in workforce planning, capacity management, and resource allocation across multiple teams or locations.
• Strong understanding of utilization, billability, compensation structures and cost management with KPI-driven decisions.
• Experience coaching leaders through feedback, performance management, and succession planning.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists and inspire a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Define and drive cloud strategy and technical roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud infra.
• Manage staffing, capacity, and hiring in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Contribute to budget planning and monitor delivery KPIs with leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and People & Culture for planning and communications.
