You will drive the cloud roadmap, ensure reliable, secure, cost-efficient infrastructure, and collaborate with the CTO organization while staffing teams for project demands and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Ten-plus years of software engineering, consulting, or related field
• At least 5 years in a people leadership role leading managers
• Deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure platforms
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS or GCP and cloud native tech
• Experience with budget planning, staffing and workforce KPIs
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication in German and English

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop and inspire a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists
• Define and drive cloud and infrastructure strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with CTO organization and VP Group Delivery
• Oversee hiring decisions with Talent Acquisition
• Monitor delivery KPIs and drive corrective actions
• Manage budget planning and headcount projections
• Partner with Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance and People & Culture
