• Define and drive cloud/infrastructure strategy and technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure with reliability and cost efficiency.
• Manage capacities, staffing decisions with Talent Acquisition to meet project demands.
• Contribute to budget planning, headcount projections, and KPI-driven delivery.
• Collaborate across Sales, Presales, Delivery, and People & Culture to align planning and communication.
