- 10+ years in software engineering/consulting with 5+ years in people leadership.
- Deep cloud/infrastructure expertise across Azure/AWS/GCP and cloud-native tech.
- Experience in workforce planning, capacity mgmt, and budget planning.
Aufgaben
- Lead and inspire a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists.
- Define cloud strategy and technical roadmap with CTO alignment.
- Oversee scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.
- Manage capacity, staffing decisions, and KPI-driven delivery.
- Contribute to budget planning and headcount projections.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.
