Zusammenfassung

Cloudflight is seeking a seasoned Cloud and Infrastructure Leader to steer a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists. You will define the technical strategy and roadmap, ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions, and align delivery with business goals.

You will mentor leaders, collaborate with CTO, Sales, Delivery, and Finance, and own workforce planning, budgets, and KPIs. Fluent German and English are expected; hybrid options available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, consulting, or related field
• At least 5 years in a people leadership role
• Deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS or GCP and cloud-native tech
• Experience in workforce planning and capacity management
• Strong budget planning, cost management, and KPI usage
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists
• Define and drive cloud strategy and technical roadmap
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of scalable cloud infra
• Manage capacities, staffing, and recruitment in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
• Contribute to budget planning, headcount projections, and KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and People & Culture to align planning and communication
