Cloudflight seeks a seasoned Cloud/Infrastructure leader to guide a team of cloud specialists and shape the technical roadmap across multi-cloud environments. You will collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions.

Applicants should have 10+ years in software/consulting with 5+ years in leadership, fluent German and English, and hands-on experience with Azure/AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and related tools. Flexible work options available.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, consulting, or a related field.
At least 5 years in a people leadership role leading managers.
Deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Linux & Containers.
Strong understanding of utilization, billability, and cost management with KPI-driven decisions.
Proven ability to coach and develop leaders and build scalable teams.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration, German and English fluency.
