Cloudflight seeks a senior leader to guide our cloud and infrastructure organization, shaping strategy and delivering scalable, secure solutions. You will drive technical roadmaps, mentor managers, and partner with CTO and executive teams to align with business goals.

In this hybrid role, you will manage budgets, headcount, and KPI-driven delivery while collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Talent Acquisition to staff and optimize performance across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of software/consulting experience with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Strong cloud/infrastructure expertise across Azure, AWS or GCP and cloud-native tech.
• Proven workforce planning, capacity management and staffing alignment with business needs.
• Solid understanding of cost management, billability and KPIs for delivery teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists.
• Define and drive cloud/infrastructure strategy and technical roadmap with CTO collaboration.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
• Manage capacities, staffing decisions with Talent Acquisition to meet project demands.
• Contribute to budget planning, headcount projections, and development investments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and People & Culture for planning and communication.
