Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial planning, campaign management, marketing operations, retail/trade marketing, or management consulting.
• Background in fashion, retail, e‑commerce, or FMCG is ideal.
• Fluency in German and English required; AT/CEE market knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to translate business priorities into concrete campaign plans, briefs, and execution timelines.
• Structured, pragmatic, solution-oriented work style with ownership mindset.

Aufgaben

• Strategic Campaign & Activation Planning: manage the campaign calendar for AT & CEE and translate priorities into integrated activation plans across countries.
• End-to-End Execution & Briefings: coordinate across Buying, Retail, CRM, Media, Creative; create briefs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Performance, Budgeting & Governance: monitor sales impact, traffic, ROI; support budget prioritization and post-campaign reviews.
