Zusammenfassung

Beiersdorf AG is seeking a Group Brand Manager FACE EE & AT to grow FACE categories across Eastern Europe and Austria in line with global and regional strategies. You will lead a team of 3 Brand Managers, shape annual plans and budgets, and partner with regional and local stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires a strong strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and excellent cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Brand Management, FMCG preferred.
• Proven track record of growth in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Several years of people management experience.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with hands-on execution.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define and steer annual business and marketing plans for FACE categories across EE & AT to deliver Net Sales, Sell-out, Market Share and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Commercial Teams across EE and Austria to identify growth opportunities and ensure excellent execution of category growth initiatives.
• Steer category performance based on data; identify opportunities and adjust plans in response to market dynamics.
• Lead the implementation of global and regional innovations, assets, tools and initiatives with local relevance.
• Own and manage the categories marketing budget and allocate investments to maximize return.
• Work with Media, Digital, Social Activation and PR teams to deliver integrated brand activation programs.
• Be the key EE & AT category partner to regional/global stakeholders with local insights.
• Build category understanding through analysis of consumer, shopper, market and competitive trends.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 Brand Managers and promote collaboration across the organization.
