Role Summary

You will own the commercial campaign and category activation agenda for CEE (e.g., Poland, Romania, Czech Republic), ensuring that all marketing activities directly support local business priorities, category growth, store traffic, and sales performance. Your core mandate is to translate commercial objectives into strong, locally relevant campaigns across all channels (promotions, CRM, media, e - commerce, and store activations). As a key bridge between Marketing, Buying, Sales, E - Commerce, local markets, and external partners, you will ensure commercially sound and high - performing campaign execution. Furthermore, you will help professionalize our processes to actively drive the CEE growth agenda.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Strategic Campaign & Activation Planning

You will manage the campaign calendar for CEE and translate commercial and category priorities into integrated activation plans. In doing so, you will adapt central campaigns to customer needs, market dynamics, and cultural specifics across the respective countries.

End - to - End Execution & Briefings

You will coordinate end - to - end campaign execution across all involved functions (Buying, Retail, CRM, Media, Creative) as well as with local agencies and external partners. You will create clear campaign briefs, ensure seamless handovers, and guarantee high - quality, on - time delivery.

Performance, Budgeting & Governance

You will continuously monitor campaign performance, sales impact, traffic, ROI, and key performance metrics to derive actionable insights. You will support budget prioritization and media investments while establishing best - practice processes for post - campaign reviews to continuously elevate execution quality.

What We Are Looking For

Your Background

You bring 5-8 years of solid experience in commercial planning, campaign management, marketing operations, retail/trade marketing, or management consulting. A background in fashion, retail, e - commerce, or the fast - moving consumer goods industry is ideal for this role.

Your Expertise

You combine a strong commercial mindset (sales drivers, margin impact, promotions, ROI) with the ability to translate business priorities into concrete campaign plans, briefs, and execution timelines. Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of the CEE markets as well as local languages is a strong plus.

Your Strengths & Work Style

You excel at project and stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations. You work in a structured, pragmatic, and solution - oriented manner. With a strong ownership mindset, you drive initiatives forward resiliently and independently, even in fast - moving environments.

For the position of Senior Specialist Corporate Communications & Fashion PR (m/f/d), we offer a monthly gross salary above the collective agreement starting at EUR 4,300 (framework collective agreement for employees in Information and Consulting); overpayment is possible depending on your specific qualifications and experience.
