Zusammenfassung

Beiersdorf in Vienna is seeking a Group Brand Manager FACE EE & AT to grow FACE categories across Eastern Europe and Austria. You will lead a team of 3 Brand Managers, shaping regional plans and ensuring execution that hits Net Sales, market share and profitability targets.

You will steer collaborations with Commercial Teams, drive innovations, manage budgets and partner with Media, Digital, PR to deliver impactful activations. Fluent English; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of Brand Management experience, FMCG preferred.
Experience in skincare, cosmetics or beauty is advantageous.
Proven growth track in fast-paced corporate environments.
Several years of people management and coaching experience.
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with hands‑on execution.
Excellent stakeholder management across functions and markets.
Experience in international and matrix organizations.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
