Jobgether is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead AI-enabled developer experiences for C++ workflows, translating AI capabilities into scalable, practical features. You will shape architectures for agent tools and coding assistants, prototype AI-assisted workflows, and drive AI strategy across teams.

The ideal candidate combines senior software engineering with hands-on AI product experience and the ability to influence direction in fast-moving environments.

Qualifikationen

• Significant software engineering experience at Staff Engineer or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java or similar JVM languages.
• Experience building AI-powered products and developer tools.
• Strong ability to drive technical direction in evolving environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, with influence without authority.

Aufgaben

• Shape and deliver AI-powered features for C++ development workflows.
• Design architectures for AI integrations, agents, and tools for C++.
• Prototype and validate AI-assisted workflows: debugging, code understanding, refactoring, navigation.
• Build benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with product, ML, QA, and developers to define roadmap.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to shape broader C++ AI strategy.
• Define technical roadmap for AI agent and tool integrations in C++ workflows.
• Contribute to technical design and implementation in a large codebase.
