Qualifikationen

• Degree in CS, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or related.
• 7+ years of OO software development with C++ (C++14+)
• Hands-on AI-assisted development tools like coding agents / LLM assistants
• Fluency in English mandatory; German a plus
• Knowledge of build tools: CMake, Git; Conan is a plus

• Design and develop platform independent functionalities for client and services using C++
• Optimize algorithms and technologies for performance and reliability
• Own features end to end from concept to rollout
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews
• Advise product owners on feasibility, effort estimates and technical direction
