Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement AI-enabled workflows in a cloud-driven setting. You will work on generative AI, LLM-based systems, and enterprise-grade AI platforms, primarily on Azure, helping customers transform their processes.

You will own AI solution architectures, drive code quality, and collaborate with clients to scope, estimate, and transfer knowledge through workshops and mentoring. Strong German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production.
• Practical experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, GenAI).
• Strong Python skills including testing, APIs, and CI/CD.

Aufgaben

• Design and build AI agents and workflows to solve business problems.
• Own architectural decisions and coding standards for AI solutions.
• Build enterprise-grade AI on modern platforms, primarily Azure.
• Set up environments for agentic workloads, CI/CD and observability.
• Work with clients' data landscapes: pipelines, retrieval, and quality.
