Job summary

The role requires several years in IT infrastructure, strong Windows Server and networking knowledge, experience with ServiceNow, and fluency in German with good English.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN).
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues and end-user support.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and operational best practices.
• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell or Python is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows server environments, networks, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Support and troubleshoot SOC applications, including monitoring platforms.
• Monitor system performance and operational health.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Support integration of customer security systems, including surveillance solutions.
• Collaborate with international IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in infrastructure, migration, and system development projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and inventory records.
• Promote IT security best practices and support compliance requirements.
