Job summary

VusionGroup seeks an IT Security Engineer to strengthen Security Operations, Incident Response and Identity & Access Management across the Austria site. You will investigate incidents, coordinate remediation with technical teams, and protect identity controls while aligning with HQ cybersecurity standards.

You will deepen expertise in Identity Security, act as local security contact, and collaborate with SOC, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud and Applications teams. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT Security, Identity & Access Management or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience investigating security incidents using SIEM, EDR, identity, endpoint, network and infrastructure logs.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze security incidents and tickets escalated by the SOC.
• Coordinate remediation with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Digital Workplace and Application teams.
• Document investigations and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to incident response procedures, SOC use cases and detection capabilities.
• Contribute to the security and improvement of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Support and improve identity lifecycle processes and access controls.
• Participate in SSO integrations and application onboarding using SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
