Qualifications

• Experience in a SOC or similar cybersecurity role.
• Fluent German (C1) or native, plus strong English communication.
• Hands-on SIEM experience with Splunk, Sentinel or QRadar.
• Familiarity with EDR/XDR and cloud security services.
• Analytical mindset to assess and prioritize security events.
• Proven customer-facing communication and incident handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Security Monitoring & Detection: monitor customer environments for threats.
• Alert Analysis & Triage: prioritize security alerts and respond actions.
• Incident Investigation: assess severity and business relevance.
• Incident Escalation & Response Support: escalate and assist response per procedures.
• Customer Communication: convey findings clearly to customers.
• Threat Analysis & Correlation: identify patterns across environments.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: record investigations and improve SOC processes.
• Collaboration & Security Enhancement: work with international teams and partners.
